A week ago today we went live on YouTube with “The Koi Show” an online venture run by Anthony (Krafty) Day, Dave Tilbury and Lee Hadfield who produce a weekly podcast on their YouTube channel. Our episode was number 10 in their series that has hosted several prominent figures within the wider spectrum of the Koi hobby in the past. Although Allan had featured on their channel before it was a first for Bernie Woollands.

Some of their previous episodes had taken the form of an interview, but not so this time. If that was their intention it didn’t work. The episode quickly fell into the format of a TV chat show and with that any hope of Krafty keeping control of the content flew out of the window. There was never any formal agenda but there was a list of agreed topics. However, we diverged on so many occasions and drifted into many areas of the hobby not on the original list. So much so that Krafty wants a repeat performance.  No date has been set as yet but when it does we will make it known.

As much as it might sound like a riot we did lay the foundations for some educational topics.
